Delete Your Account & Data

You can delete your Work-Lynx account and personal data at any time: in the app, or by emailing us. Here's how.

Delete in the app

Open Lynx HR → Account → Delete my account. You're signed out immediately and your account is scheduled for deletion.

Or email us

Email info@site-lynx.co.uk from your registered email address and ask us to delete your account. A real person replies, usually within one working day.

What gets deleted

Your personal account data: name, email, phone number, profile photo, login credentials, and any documents you uploaded to your own profile: is permanently deleted within 7 days of your request.

What may be kept

If you use Work-Lynx as an employee, your employer is the data controller for company records (timesheets, leave, payslips, clock-in history). We delete your personal access, but the employer controls retention of their company records. We may also retain limited data where the law requires it (for example, financial records for HMRC).
